European Commission review of the Clinical Trials Directive

The MHRA have responded for the UK to the Commission’s review of the Clinical Trials Directive.

MHRA  expect that the Commission will now consider the responses that it has received before putting forward any proposals for change, the process for which is likely to begin in Spring 2010.
