Suggested NHS permission letter template published

A document setting out suggested minimum requirements for NHS permission letters has been produced following consultation through the NIHR CRN Lead RM&G Managers and the NHS R&D Forum Research Governance Working Group. It is issued as suggested good practice against which NHS organisations may wish to review their existing documents. It is now available for use in consultation.
