The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) will be running four of webinars, kindly hosted by the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI), to update on our contingency planning to assure continuity of supply for clinical trials and investigations in the event we leave the EU with a ‘no deal’. This will also be an opportunity for you to ask questions and raise any concerns you have as we approach 31st October.
You can register to attend one of the webinars by following the links below:
- Session 1 | Wednesday 25 September 2019
- Session 2 | Wednesday 2 October 2019
- Session 3 | Thursday 10 October 2019
- Session 4 | Wednesday 23 October 2019
They will be open to all stakeholders, as well as members of the ABPI.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continuing support. Many sponsors of clinical trials and investigations have responded to our two recent requests for information via and short survey and spreadsheet of trials/investigations to review. We hugely appreciate your efforts, which have provided us with invaluable assistance towards our no deal contingency planning. If you have not yet responded, we would be extremely grateful if you could complete both requests as soon as possible and return them to firstname.lastname@example.org If you have not received these requests, please let us know and we will resend the relevant information.
If you have any questions about continuity of supply of clinical trials in general, please email DHSC at email@example.com.
